Arrest warrant issued for Jets WR Robby Anderson
An arrest warrant has been issued for New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson after he missed a court date, according to a report.
Andy Slater, a host for WINZ in Miami, reported on Wednesday that Anderson missed a court date on Tuesday for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge he is facing in Florida.
The reckless driving charge is the only one Anderson is facing following a January incident in South Florida. The receiver was initially facing nine charges but got that dropped to the one misdemeanor.
Anderson was also arrested in May, 2017 for allegedly shoving a police officer at a music festival.
Anderson, 24, had a big season last year for the Jets. He had 63 catches for 941 yards and seven touchdowns.
