Ben Roethlisberger still hasn’t thrown since Saturday, doesn’t know when he’ll start
Ben Roethlisberger still hasn’t thrown a pass since Saturday’s game against Cincinnati, and he doesn’t know when he’ll start.
Roethlisberger, who has torn ligaments in his throwing shoulder, characterized himself as “day-to-day” on Tuesday. As of Wednesday, though, he still hasn’t tried to throw, nor does he know when he’ll be able to start.
Roethlisberger says he doesn't know when he'll throw. Plans on getting "mental reps" today, says its "hour by hour."

You can see video of the play in which Big Ben suffered the injury here.
Roethlisberger is obviously going to do everything possible to play – it’s what he does. But he’d be facing an outstanding Denver defensive unit, and if he can’t throw, he can’t throw. With both Antonio Brown and DeAngelo Williams looking doubtful for the game, the Steelers are facing major, major issues on the offensive side of the ball, especially if Roethlisberger either can’t go or is extremely limited in what he can do.
