Ben Roethlisberger, Mike Tomlin have discussed going for two every time
No team in the NFL attempted a two-point conversion more times than the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. The Steelers went for two 11 times after scoring touchdowns, and it sounds like they could do it even more in 2016.
On Tuesday, Ben Roethlisberger revealed that he and Pittsburgh coach Mike Tomlin have discussed the possibility of going for two after every touchdown this upcoming season.
Ben Roethlisberger says he would like to go for 2 points after every TD in 2016, and he and Mike Tomlin have discussed it.

The Steelers were successful on eight of 11 two-point conversion attempts in 2015. While 11 attempts led the league, Pittsburgh ranked fourth in the NFL with 26.4 points per game. That means they went for two on a very small percentage of their trips to the end zone, so attempting a two-point conversion every time would still be a major change in philosophy.
This is precisely what the NFL wanted when the decision was made to move the extra point back, but attempting an extra point makes sense more often than not. The Steelers might go for two more than 11 times this season, but attempting it every time simply isn’t realistic.
