Bill Belichick gives Peyton Manning, Gary Kubiak big hugs
Bill Belichick is generally regarded as a cold, unfriendly person. But that was far from the case after his New England Patriots lost to the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
Following his team’s 20-18 loss to the Broncos, Belichick made a point to seek Gary Kubiak and Peyton Manning. He gave both of them long, warm embraces, and even shared some words with them.

Brady & Peyton Manning is one thing but you never see that kind of respect from Belichick. pic.twitter.com/e5K1wuzjIx

That’s simply a stunning showing from Darth Hoodie. He’s generally a poor sport after losses, but he wasn’t this time. Maybe he had no choice but to tip his cap to a team that had a superior defense. You know the defensive-minded Belichick always appreciates a strong defense.
