Cam Jordan gives Super Bowl tickets to 108-year-old veteran

Cameron Jordan

Cam Jordan’s New Orleans Saints fell short of the Super Bowl, but that’s not stopping the defensive end from doing something cool relating to the big game.

Jordan, a Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, gave Super Bowl tickets to a 108-year-old veteran who is also a big Saints fan.

Take a look at this video posted by the Saints to Facebook during the week that shows Saints fan Lawrence Brooks receiving the tickets.

According to WGNO, Brooks served in the 91st Engineer Battalion during World War II. He celebrated his 108th birthday in September.

It was a cool gesture by Jordan, and what’s most impressive is how well Brooks is doing for the age. If he’s able to travel to Minnesota for the Super Bowl, that would be no small feat.
