Chip Kelly reaffirms confidence in Blaine Gabbert, leaves door open for Colin Kaepernick
San Francisco 49ers coach Chip Kelly continues to send interesting messages with regards to his quarterback situation.

Kaepernick, for what it’s worth, knows that he needs to gain some weight. Kelly has already implied once that he might have a shot at wrestling the job away from Gabbert if he can get his body into game shape. The fact that he keeps floating the possibility probably won’t do much to quiet the speculation.
