Colin Kaepernick reportedly expected to make 49ers’ final roster
For all the talk about Colin Kaepernick, he appears to have a place on the San Francisco 49ers’ final roster.
Kaepernick will reportedly make the team’s 53-man squad, having proven himself one of the two best quarterbacks on the roster.

Kaepernick has been the subject of a lot of talk recently over his decision to sit and kneel during the national anthem, and there had been some speculation that the Niners would cut him. However, on the field, he actually had a solid game on Thursday night. While Blaine Gabbert is likely the starter, Kaepernick is clearly good enough to make the roster, despite what some other executives have said about the quarterback.
