Cowboys exec addresses report about Randy Gregory facing more trouble

Randy Gregory

Randy Gregory was reinstated by the NFL last month after being suspended for the entire 2017 season, and a report over the weekend indicated he could be facing more trouble from the league. If that is the case, the Dallas Cowboys have not been informed of it.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports tweeted on Sunday that he has been told Gregory could be in hot water yet again.

Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones was asked about the rumblings during his weekly appearance on 105.3 The Fan Monday, and he said the team has not been made aware of any issues involving Gregory’s status. He stopped short of ruling ot out, however.

Gregory has failed multiple drug tests and could be down to his last strike with the NFL. He had a history of not being able to stay out of trouble before he was even drafted by the Cowboys, and any additional slip-ups would likely cost him his career.
