Dak Prescott: Cowboys ‘not gonna lose confidence’ after latest loss
It’s safe to say that the Dallas Cowboys have not gotten off to the start that they would have hoped for, but quarterback Dak Prescott is not letting that dent his confidence.
Prescott said Monday in the wake of Dallas’s 35-30 loss to the Los Angeles Rams that the team was not going to lose confidence — but that he has to be better going forward.
Dak Prescott: "We're confident. We're not gonna lose confidence, this offense, this team. We're not gonna do that. That's for sure."

Dak Prescott asked after Sunday's loss about how he can improve his accuracy: "I just got to be better. No reason, no excuse."

Dak Prescott: "I think I missed some throws in the second half that I didn't miss in the first half, or that I just can't miss, simply."

Prescott had some issues with his accuracy in the loss, going 20-36 with three touchdowns and an interception. He played poorly in Dallas’s other loss as well, but has been solid overall — just not quite as good as he was last year to this point.
