DeAngelo Williams carted off with right ankle injury
In what could be a significant blow to Pittsburgh’s chances, DeAngelo Williams was carted off with an apparent leg injury during Sunday’s game against Cleveland.
Williams went down after a six yard run grabbing at his right leg and could not put weight on it as he left the field.
Oh boy. DeAngelo Williams is hurt. Looks like his ankle. Even Mike Tomlin went running onto the field.

#34 DeAngelo Williams is questionable to return (right ankle).

With LeVeon Bell already out with injury, the Steelers find themselves in a precarious position as far as running backs go.
W/ Jordan Todman not on the game day roster Fitzgerald Toussaint (formerly of the practice squad) and Will Johnson are the only #steelers RB

Pittsburgh needs to beat Cleveland and hope that the Bills beat the Jets in order to make the playoffs. The loss of Williams will only make that task more difficult.
