Deshaun Watson gives first game check to Texans cafeteria workers
Deshaun Watson is not just winning over fans in Houston with his play for the Texans, but also with his charitable nature.
The rookie quarterback donated his first game check — a total of $27,353 — to three women who work in the Texans’ cafeteria. The women were especially affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Watson is not exactly rolling in dough yet, as his salary for the season is less than $500,000.
Charity is a big part of who he is. Watson’s family was the recipient of a home built by Habitat for Humanity.
Earlier this year, Watson gave his mom a new car for her birthday.
