Unless of course, you have arranged a deal with him ahead of time.  See, all it takes to have T.O. at your party is paying for his first class airfare and $20k for an appearance fee — according to Hashmarks.  One thing you don’t want to do, use him to promote a party when in fact you haven’t arranged a deal with him.  Otherwise he’ll sue your ass.

Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens has filed a $600,000 lawsuit against a New York nightclub for using his name and likeness without permission.

Friends tipped him off that he was supposed to be hosting parties at a club called Avalon, a place he claims to be unfamiliar with.

“I’m not trying to knock what these promoters are doing,” Owens told The Dallas Morning News on Monday. “But there’s a way to do it.”

Mosley threw a great line in there, that $100,000 is for compensatory damages, and $500,000 is for the emotional distress caused by not being invited to his own party.  Classic.  I’ll tell you this much, I think I can test the waters here.  Why not?  Think it would ever get back to T.O.?  I’m doubtful.  I think it’s worth a shot.
