Eric Dickerson rips Jeff Fisher again after meeting with Rams COO

Eric Dickerson

Despite attempts to clear the air, Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson has still had enough of the Los Angeles Rams as long as they employ Jeff Fisher as coach.

Dickerson spoke with Rams COO Kevin Demoff on Thursday, but Friday, he told ESPN that he still had no plans to attend any games because of what he felt was Fisher’s disrespect.

“I had a very good meeting with Kevin Demoff. We talked for almost three hours,” Dickerson said of the conversation, via Michael David Smith of ProFootballTalk.

That conversation, however, was not enough to satisfy Dickerson.

“I will not go back to the games as long as Jeff Fisher is there,” Dickerson continued. “I don’t have a vendetta against Jeff at all … but no, I won’t, because I felt like the call to me was a very disrespectful call.

“I think this football team would do better without Jeff. That’s just my opinion. He’s had five years to turn this team around and he’s had all losing seasons.”

It was criticism like that last point that supposedly got Dickerson banned from the sidelines in the first place. It doesn’t sound like he’s going to let up, and a lot of Rams fans probably wouldn’t necessarily disagree with him.
