Howie Roseman takes stand against Nick Foles trade
Philadelphia Eagles vice president Howie Roseman has once again voiced the team’s intention of putting a very high price tag on quarterback Nick Foles.
Despite many rumors, Foles hasn’t been traded, and it doesn’t look like he will be. Roseman explained why again on Monday.
Howie Roseman, re: possible Nick Foles trade:
"We're not in the business of simply trying to give away [good players]."— Andrew Siciliano (@AndrewSiciliano) March 26, 2018
The price tag on Foles is reportedly very high, and the team has made repeatedly clear that they’re not willing to do much in the way of compromising on that front. They clearly value him highly, even if it’s insurance as Carson Wentz tries to come back from a knee injury.
