Gus Bradley: Jaguars have no intention of benching Blake Bortles
Despite his struggles, Blake Bortles appears fairly secure as the quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Coach Gus Bradley affirmed on Monday that Bortles would remain under center Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Bradley: "I don't see anything in the future where Blake Bortles is not our guy." And that settles that. #Jaguars

Bortles turned the ball over twice in Sunday’s loss to Houston, under rather strange circumstances. He’s thrown 11 interceptions in nine games and has taken a clear step backwards this season. That said, when Chad Henne and Brandon Allen are the alternatives, you can see why Jacksonville would rather just stick it out with Bortles.
