Jay Ajayi sued for allegedly trashing mansion, shoving owner

Jay Ajayi is being accused of partying a little too hard after the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl back in February, and it is one of the reasons the running back is being sued for thousands of dollars.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the owner of a mansion in Los Angeles is seeking $25,000 in damages from Ajayi after the 24-year-old and a friend allegedly trashed the place while staying there for five days after the Super Bowl. The suit says the renters were specifically told they were prohibited from throwing parties and were charged a $5,000 each time they threw one. They supposedly hosted three and never paid.

The owner claims Ajayi and his friends broke a table, scratched some floors and did not respect the no smoking policy. In addition, the man who filed the suit says Ajayi “pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner” when he confronted the NFL star about the damage on Feb. 18. The property owner said he had to call security to have Ajayi escorted from the premises.

Ajayi wasted no time taking a shot at his former coach after he helped the Eagles win a championship, so you know he was flying high like the rest of his teammates. Unfortunately, it sounds like he had a bit too much fun.
