Ravens CB Jaylen Hill suffered season-ending knee injury

The Baltimore Ravens have been hammered hard by injuries this season, and they are losing yet another player just weeks before postseason begins.

Undrafted rookie cornerback Jaylen Hill left Saturday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts with a knee injury, and the Ravens announced on Tuesday that Hill tore both his ACL and MCL.

Defensive back has suddenly become a thin position for the Ravens, as starting cornerback Jimmy Smith also suffered a season-ending injury earlier this month. Hill was working as Baltimore’s nickel cornerback before he went down.

The Ravens can clinch a playoff berth if they defeat the Cincinnati Bengals at home in Week 17, but things will get challenging after that. They’re hoping to get wide receiver Jeremy Maclin back next weekend, who has been dealing with a knee injury of his own. Head coach John Harbaugh and quarterback Joe Flacco recently spoke about the adversity the Ravens have dealt with in 2017.
