Jerry Jones: Randy Gregory will ‘absolutely’ play in Week 16
Randy Gregory is eligible to return to practice with the Dallas Cowboys this week, and Jerry Jones anticipates that the defensive end will take the field against the Detroit Lions in Week 16.
In fact, the team owner guarantees it.
In his weekly spot on 105.3 The Fan Tuesday, Jones was asked about Gregory’s current status.
Jerry Jones on @1053thefan asked if we'll see Randy Gregory play against the Lions and Eagles: "Absolutely you will."

Gregory was suspended 14 games for multiple violations of the league’s substance abuse policy. He was suspended the first four games of the season and then was hit with a 10-game suspension. He is reportedly facing yet another suspension — one that could be even longer — for another failed drug test, but no ruling has been made by the league on that matter yet.
The Cowboys drafted Gregory in the second round back in 2015 after he slid down the board due to drug problems. The former Nebraska star checked into treatment over the summer. He should make an already stacked Cowboys team even more dangerous.
