John Ross reportedly unlikely to play in Week 2
The Cincinnati Bengals do not sound like they should be counting on rookie wide receiver John Ross to make his debut this weekend.
Bengals beat writer Jim Owczarski of the Cincinnati Enquirer believes that Ross is a “long shot” to play, even though he has been practicing — which has apparently been overstated.
Ross, Uzomah, Williams long shots to play as it were – "full participation" this week slightly misleading w/ no pads, no real practice.

Apparently, for Ross, being a “full participant” in practice hasn’t meant pads or contact. It had previously looked like he had a chance to make it back for the Bengals’ game against Houston, but that looks increasingly unlikely now.
