Johnny Manziel sued for more than $40,000 over rental home

Johnny Manziel

Johnny Manziel is being sued for over $40,000 in damages caused to a rental property.

Manziel rented out a mansion in the Hollywood Hills section of Los Angeles in April and proceeded to throw parties there, violating the agreement he had with the luxury rentals company. TMZ Sports says Manziel even rented the unit under the alias “Travis,” but the person suing him recognized “Travis” to be the famous quarterback.

Manziel supposedly agreed that he would keep things low key and not have more than 15 people there at a time, otherwise he would have to pay a fine of $10,000.

The man is suing for over $40,000, claiming that Manziel caused damages such as staining a rug, breaking a door, and damaging glasses, tables, couches and more.

In addition to this suit, Manziel was recently confronted by the owner of a rental car company (video here) over damages caused to one of his cars.
