Kareem Hunt accused of punching man in face at Ohio resort
For the second time this offseason, Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt is making headlines for the wrong reasons.
TMZ reports that Hunt was involved in an alleged physical altercation with a man at the Bay Lodging Resort in Put-in-Bay, Ohio, over the weekend. Hunt had reportedly been partying at the resort all weekend and got into a verbal confrontation with a man on Sunday morning, and the alleged victim told TMZ Hunt punched him in the face.
The man says he was not seriously injured and did not seek medical attention, and Hunt was not arrested. The alleged victim says he is not planning to press charges. A resort official confirmed there was an incident involving Hunt but did not get into detail.
Back in February, Hunt was accused of shoving a woman during a dispute outside his apartment. A friend of the 22-year-old made it seem as though Hunt was the victim in the incident.
Hunt a breakout second season in Kansas City with nearly 1,800 total yards from scrimmage and 11 total touchdowns, but the Chiefs can’t be happy with the situations he has put himself in this offseason.
