Kelvin Benjamin left practice early, could be battling knee issue
Kelvin Benjamin has been dealing with a knee injury for a number of weeks, and the star wide receiver may have been bothered by it on Wednesday when he left practice early.
Benjamin was listed as having not practiced, but Bill Voth of Panthers.com reports that he left the field early.
Kelvin Benjamin, who left practice early, is listed as a DNP today with a knee … which has been bothering him for weeks.

Benjamin was not listed on the final injury report before last week’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, and he caught nine passes for 99 yards in the 28-23 loss. The team could simply be managing his reps, but it will be something to watch going forward.
A few weeks back, Benjamin was one of several Panthers players who were not happy with the new turf at Gillette Stadium when they played the New England Patriots. He may have tweaked his knee in that game.
