Lions call out ESPN analysts for unanimously picking against them
The Detroit Lions are quietly putting together a fantastic season and have a great chance to win the NFC North, but a lot of people haven’t seemed to notice. The team’s official Twitter account took advantage of the opportunity to troll some of those people on Sunday.
After Detroit defeated the New Orleans Saints on the road in convincing fashion, the person in charge of the Lions’ Twitter account called out the so-called “experts” who expected them to lose.

It’s hard to blame people who can’t get used to the fact that the Lions are actually a good team. With one more win, Detroit will secure just its third winning season in the last 15 years. Expectations were understandably low heading into 2016, but they need to be raised.
One thing’s for sure — between Matthew Stafford’s wife and the person in charge of the team’s Twitter account, the Lions will always great at flexing their muscles on social media.
