Marshawn Lynch says he is ‘ready’ for game against Panthers
Marshawn Lynch says he is ready to return to action and help the Seattle Seahawks fight for another championship.
On Friday morning, Lynch texted ESPN’s Kenny Mayne and declared himself “ready” for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

Of course, the Seahawks said last week that they anticipated Lynch carrying a full workload against the Minnesota Vikings, and the veteran back was unable to go. Lynch made his own decision to not play after he didn’t feel right in practice, and some wondered if that meant he had played his last snap in a Seahawks uniform. This time, however, it came straight from Lynch.
Seattle will need all the help it can get against the 15-1 Panthers, so getting a healthy Lynch back would be a major boost.
