‘New York bozo’ audible becomes funny meme
Aaron Rodgers made an audible call go viral Sunday much in the same way Peyton Manning did with “Omaha” during last season’s NFL playoffs.
In the first half of the Packers-Cowboys divisional playoff game, Rodgers could be heard yelling, “New York Bozo!” as an audible.
As NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport explained, “bozo” is a code word frequently used in the West Coast offense and it often refers to a fullback in the flat. So that is likely what Rodgers was talking about. Still, the funny audible call did not stop the internet from going to work creating memes and trying to figure out to whom “bozo” referred.
So who’s the bozo?
