Pete Carroll: Marshawn Lynch ‘somewhat entertaining’ thought of return
Pete Carroll doesn’t know a lot more about Marshawn Lynch’s thought process than the rest of us do.
The Seattle Seahawks coach said Wednesday that Lynch is “somewhat entertaining” a return, but he doesn’t know much more about his thinking and the running back has not asked to be reinstated.
Carroll says has talked to Marshawn Lynch. Has not gotten an indication from Lynch of any plans to play or not play.

There have been hints — including from Lynch’s agent — that he’s getting the itch to play again. Carroll makes him sound a bit more lukewarm about it, but confirms that it’s there all the same, although not necessarily for the Seahawks.
