Hammond cautions that the game has not been finalized.
The Rams moved back to Los Angeles from St. Louis after the 2015 season. They split time this preseason between Irvine and their training facility in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Aloha Stadium is the home for Hawaii Football, the Hawai’i Bowl, and it was the longtime home of the Pro Bowl.
