Report: Robert Griffin III ‘very much’ would like to play for Rams
Well, this would certainly be one way to kick off the Rams’ homecoming season to Los Angeles with a bang.
According to a report by Vincent Bonsignore of the Los Angeles Daily News on Thursday, former Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III would “very much” like to play for the Rams.

Griffin, 26, was officially released by Washington on Monday and has garnered significant interest around the league, including from the reigning Super Bowl champs.
The Rams quarterback situation as it currently stands is pretty dire. Case Keenum is no savior, to put it lightly, and Nick Foles is coming off a horrific first year with the team that eventually saw him get benched by head coach Jeff Fisher.
While RG3’s mythical rookie season is nothing more than ancient history by now, the risk is minimal and the talent is still (at least partially) there. The opportunity for the former No. 2 overall pick to rebuild his value in the City of Angels could be exactly the redemption path he needs.
