Rookie RB Derrius Guice to undergo MRI on knee
Derrius Guice will undergo an MRI to determine the extent of his knee injury.
Guice left Washington’s preseason game against the Patriots on Thursday night after hurting his knee. The rookie running back was examined on the team’s training table and then was seen with ice taped to his knee.
The Redskins later said that Guice was being evaluated for a knee injury.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport shared the news about the MRI the former LSU running back will undergo on Friday.
Guice, 21, was the No. 59 overall pick in the draft. He showed nice ability after contact on this run, which was called back due to holding:

This appeared to be the run that led to Guice’s injury.
