Ryan Fitzpatrick says he would still like to return to Jets
They’re taking their sweet time with it, but the interest between the New York Jets and Ryan Fitzpatrick remains mutual.
Fitzpatrick told SiriusXM NFL Radio on Monday that he’s still preparing for the season, and he hopes to join up with his Jets teammates once again.

Fitzpatrick wants to be paid starter money, but he seems to be growing more accepting of the fact that he’ll have to settle for a bit less.

The Jets’ most recent offer was apparently deeply insulting to Fitzpatrick, but it sounds like he hasn’t broken things off. The Jets do still want him, but it sounds like some of the players are growing a bit tired of the ongoing saga.
