Sam Bradford misses practice, not ruled out for Week 4
All signs indicate that Sam Bradford is not yet fully recovered from a knee injury he suffered in Week 1, but the Minnesota Vikings have not ruled him out for Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions.
Bradford was held out of practice Wednesday for what Mike Zimmer described as “rest,” but the Vikings coach said team trainers are trying to get Bradford ready for Sunday.
#Vikings coach Mike Zimmer says Sam Bradford won't practice today. Rest. But "doing everything we can" to have him ready to play Sunday.

Bradford has missed the last two games with a bone bruise in his left knee — the same knee in which he tore his ACL back in 2013 and again in 2014. While bone bruises can be quite painful, he is reportedly not dealing with any ligament damage.
Minnesota has started Case Keenum in Bradford’s absence and will do so again on Sunday if need be. Keenum led the team to a convincing 34-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last weekend.
