Steelers reportedly meeting with Derrius Guice
The Pittsburgh Steelers’ ongoing difficulty to reach a long-term deal with Le’Veon Bell could reportedly see them take a running back in the first round of the NFL Draft.
As evidence of that, Steelers brass is reportedly meeting with LSU running back Derrius Guice, and their interest in making him their first-round pick is “real,” according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

At this point, the Steelers have halted active negotiations with Bell, and his long-term future with the organization is a legitimate question. Drafting a running back in the first round would be a clear sign that Pittsburgh doesn’t see Bell staying in the fold for the long haul.
