Terrelle Pryor raves about his health, ankle
Terrelle Pryor will be fighting for a roster spot with the New York Jets, but it sounds like he’s starting off on the right path.
Pryor said on Friday that he is feeling healthy and his best since his breakout season with the Cleveland Browns, via NFL Media’s Mike Garafolo.
#Jets WR Terrelle Pryor (ankle), limited today and for the foreseeable future, says he hasn’t felt this good since his breakout year in Cleveland two years ago. “I don’t ever want to see the days I saw last year (in Washington). … I want to be dominant.”

Pryor was a bust with Washington last season, catching just 20 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown, though he says an ankle injury was to blame. He was signed to a $4.5 million deal by the Jets but underwent an ankle surgery over the offseason and still isn’t fully rehabbed.
Pryor, who had 77 catches for 1,007 yards in 2016, will be competing with the likes of Robby Anderson, Jermaine Kearse, Quincy Enunwa and Chad Hansen for looks in the Jets’ offense.
