Twitter reacts to Browns missing extra point, blowing game
The Cleveland Browns have this whole inability to win a game thing down perfectly.
Tyrod Taylor threw a beautiful touchdown pass to Antonio Callaway in the final two minutes to tie Cleveland with the New Orleans Saints at 18-18 on Sunday. The Browns were all set to take the lead and put the pressure on New Orleans with just over a minute left, but then Cleveland Brownism stepped in.
Kicker Zane Gonzalez, who had already missed a field goal and extra point in the game, missed yet another extra point to keep the score tied. The Twitter reactions were just about what you would expect.
Of all the Cleveland Browns, these are the Cleveland Browniest.

Perhaps the negative sentiment from the blown kick bled over to the defense, which allowed a huge catch and run to Ted Ginn to put the Saints in field goal range. New Orleans ended up kicking to take a 21-18 lead. The Browns moved the ball to set up a potential tying field goal in the final seconds, but Gonzalez missed a 52-yard field goal to end things.
