A day after CBS 4 in Denver reported that Miller was cited last week for driving on a suspended license, CBS Dallas/Forth Worth reported that there is a warrant out in Orange County, Calif., for Miller’s arrest for failure to appear.
According to CBS 11 DFW, Miller was cited in Orange County on March 22 for speeding. Miller never paid his fine or showed up in court, which is why there is a warrant out for him.
So to recap: Miller was suspended six games by the NFL for a violation of the league’s drug policy; arrested on Aug. 14 for failure to appear after being pulled over for careless driving, driving without a license and having no proof of insurance; and he was caught speeding and driving without a license last week. Miller also reportedly tested positive for marijuana and amphetamines in 2011, his rookie season.
