Michael Phelps’ self-proclaimed girlfriend Taylor Lianne Chandler was born a man
A woman named Taylor Lianne Chandler claims she is dating Michael Phelps. This woman was once a man.
Chandler, 41, recently revealed on Facebook that she was born David Roy Fitch before changing her sex during her teenage years. Chandler was put on testosterone blockers in her early teens and underwent surgery to get rid of her male genitalia in her early 20s.
“I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man,” she wrote on Facebook. “There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me.”
As the Daily Mail notes, Chandler says she fell in love with Phelps after she met the 18-time Olympic gold medalist on Tinder. She claims she later met up with Phelps at his home to watch a Baltimore Ravens game.
“One thing led to the next, and we made love during halftime,” Chandler explained, via Radar Online. “Later, we had sex again. The intimacy with him was amazing! It was the first time in my life that someone has made me feel like a true woman.”
There are photos of Phelps plastered all over Chandler’s Facebook page. She has also shared the Daily Mail article and several other articles that were written about her, so you can tell she loves the attention.
After revealing that she was born a male, Chandler expressed concern that she will “lose” Phelps.
“I am probably going to lose him because he is a brand that his team wants to protect and things since he went to rehab came to my attention that didn’t put him or our relationship in the best light.”
Chandler also claims she was with Phelps at the time he was arrested for his second DUI in Maryland. Phelps later went to rehab for alcohol addiction, and Chandler wrote on Facebook earlier this week that the swimmer was out of rehab and heading “home.”
Frankly, it seems like Chandler is obsessed with Phelps. I’m not saying they never hooked up, but the way she has photos and articles plastered all over her Facebook wall is downright frightening.
