According to the Post Crescent, Kimberly’s winning streak stretched back to 2012 when they lost to Arrowhead in the state quarterfinals. Kimberly went on to win the next five straight state titles. They also say the win streak was the 13th longest by a high school football team. The all-time leader is De La Salle from Northern California, which won 151 straight games from 1991-2004.
Fond du Lac nearly ended the streak last year but lost to Kimberly by three points. They finally got them this time.
