NFL Picks Week 13 against the spread – Doc’s picks

Doc has been struggling most of the season on his picks and is at the point where having a .500 week against the spread is striking it rich. But … the good news is the Doc has gone 2-1 on his Top 3 the past two weeks, so at least those are looking strong.

Below are the Doc’s picks this week. As you can see, he likes a lot of favorites:

The Jets have looked terrible in their last two games, getting blown out both times. But they are at home against the Miami Dolphins, where they are 4-1 this season. Going home will help turn things around for them. The other key is having Geno Smith play decently. The guy has thrown five interceptions and no touchdowns in his last two games. He’ll turn it around Sunday.

Nick Foles will be facing a tough defense on Sunday, so we’re guessing this will be the time his unblemished interception mark for the season changes. But the Philadelphia Eagles still have looked good enough where we’re expecting a win and Foles to have a good enough game. Keep in mind their defense hasn’t allowed more than 21 points in a game since the Week 4 debacle at Denver. It’s not just the offense under Foles getting it done, it’s the defense too.

Atlanta put together a nice showing against the New Orleans Saints, but that team is done for the year. They’ve been awful most of the season and will be packing it in. You think they’re enthusiastic about going to Toronto to face the Buffalo Bills? No way. They’ll make that clear in a loss to Buffalo.
