Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting get married on ‘Ellen’ (Video)

Kaley Cuoco Ryan Sweeting EllenKaley Cuoco was on “Ellen” Thursday for an interview and ended up getting married. Sort of.

Cuoco, who is known for her role on “The Big Bang Theory,” was telling the story of how she and fiance/tennis player Ryan Sweeting got together. The two were set up by friends and met for a dinner in LA when he was in town to meet a doctor about his back surgery.

Though Cuoco says she wasn’t ready to meet anyone at the time, the two hit it off and she knew right away that “this is it.” They got engaged shortly after first meeting.

Well Ellen being Ellen had a great skit set up for them. She offered to marry the two on her show right there and then.

After a “hell yeah I do,” and “by the power invested in me in California and Google search,” the two were married. Unofficially. How romantic.

It seems like weeks ago that Ryan Sweeting and Kaley Cuoco were out at Marmalade Cafe in Sherman Oaks grabbing a lunch date together, and now the two are already engaged to be married.

Cuoco’s rep confirmed to US Weekly that the “Big Bang Theory” actress and world No. 525 men’s tennis player are engaged.

“It’s only been three months but she knows Ryan is the one,” a source close to the actress told the magazine. “When you know, you know.”

Sweeting, 26, proposed to his 27-year-old fiancee on Wednesday. Cuoco was elated when she tweeted this message that day:

Congrats to the two. Only three months though? Sweeting obviously was not messing around.

Tennis player Ryan Sweeting and actress Kaley Cuoco were spotted on a few dates over the weekend, according to report.

US Weekly says the two were out on a lunch date at Marmalade Cafe (an LB favorite) in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Saturday (pictured below).

Prior to their lunch date, Cuoco watched Sweeting play some tennis, per Just Jared. Sweeting wasn’t the only one to show off his talents; the day before, Cuoco displayed her equestrian skills to Sweeting at her Moorpark, Calif., ranch.

Cuoco, 27, has had featured roles on a number of TV shows, including “8 Simple Rules,” “Charmed,” and “The Big Bang Theory,” which is still running. She was previously linked to “Man of Steel” star Henry Cavill, who recently broke up with Gina Carano.

Sweeting, 26, was born in the Bahamas and has been ranked as high as No. 64 in the world in singles. The former Florida Gator has not made it past the second round of a grand slam.

Tennis seems to be a connecting factor between the two. Cuoco was a nationally-ranked player as an amateur before giving up the sport in 2002.
