Jake Peavy totally looks like Jeremy Renner
Do you think Jake Peavy looks like Jeremy Renner? If so, you are not alone.
It wasn’t until last week when I saw “The Hurt Locker” for the first time (great movie, highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it) that I realized how similar Peavy and Renner look. I’m very late to the party on this; Peavy has openly talked about this phenomenon a few times over the past couple years.
In fact, Peavy says he has been approached for autographs by people who think he is Renner, not realizing that he is famous in his own right as a Cy Young-winning pitcher:
Like Peavy says, being mistaken for Renner is a compliment.
