Bradley Beal campaigns for All-NBA team in funny way
Bradley Beal put together yet another monster game for the Washington Wizards, which has him thinking he’s deserving of an All-NBA spot.
Beal scored 40 points on 12/17 shooting (including 9/12 on threes) in the Wizards’ 135-128 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday. It was his second straight 40-point effort, and he’s now averaging a career-best 26 points per game.
After the win and excellent performance, Beal was asked whether he thinks he’s an All-NBA player. He turned it around on the media, saying he knows they have votes and asked on the spot for them to say whether he’s deserving. (Beware: he does drop an S-bomb).

Beal is getting a chance to truly shine with John Wall out, and he’s doing just that. Despite their injuries and issues, the Wizards are not packing things in. They’re 6-4 in their last 10 and now 30-40 on the season. You’d be hard-pressed to find many guards more deserving of an All-NBA spot than Beal.
