Donovan Mitchell showed up to fan’s July 4 BBQ
Donovan Mitchell continues to show that he is a man of the people.
The Utah Jazz phenom sent a tweet on Wednesday asking where the July 4th barbecues were at in the Salt Lake area, hinting that he might come through.

Mitchell’s tweet wasn’t just lip service either. Hours after the post went up, an image went viral of him actually showing up at a fan’s barbecue.

Some indications were that Mitchell even showed up to multiple barbecues of Jazz fans who replied to his tweet.

The 21-year-old Mitchell, who had one of the best rookie seasons in recent memory with 20.5 points and 3.7 assists a game, already endeared himself to the state of Utah with his strong play and his funny antics. Now he’s proving to be a total bro too, and it’s quickly becoming impossible not to root for him.
