Heat put up Gordon Hayward banner ahead of free agent meeting
The Miami Heat are putting the full court press on Gordon Hayward during their Saturday meeting.
As part of their sales pitch to the free agent, the team had already put up a banner outside of American Airlines Arena depicting Hayward in full uniform.
Have confirmed that this banner is legit, has been put up with other players' on drive outside of AmericanAirlines Arena. pic.twitter.com/LjJZoOIrEr

There has been no deal yet. Miami probably wants Hayward to see and visualize himself playing for the Heat, hence the banner being part of the sales pitch.
It would be a bit awkward if Hayward ends up going elsewhere, but on the bright side, taking down that banner won’t be as painful as this. The wounds will probably heal quickly.
