Joakim Noah forced to change clothes after league complains (Picture)

Joakim Noah was forced to leave the Chicago Bulls’ bench on Monday and told to change his clothes because his wardrobe was not up to league code, ESPN Chicago reports.

Joakim Noah wardrobe

Noah has been out the past three games because of plantar fasciitis in his right foot, but he still wanted to sit on the team’s bench to support his teammates during their 111-101 loss at Indiana. The All-Star center was wearing a V-neck shirt, sweater, jacket, and jeans before being asked to change. Noah left the court during the second quarter. When he returned for the second half, he was wearing a striped collared shirt under a blue blazer.

Noah told ESPN’s Nick Friedell after the game that the outfit wasn’t his style.

“That’s not really my style,” he said. “But I want to be out there with my guys.”

You can’t say that he doesn’t sacrifice for the team.

You know, if Noah had just shown up to the game dressed like this, there wouldn’t have even been a problem.
