NBA sets scrimmage schedule beginning July 22
NBA basketball is set to return July 22, albeit informally.
The league announced its schedule of Orlando scrimmages on Saturday. Each team in the restart will play three of them to get game action in before the proper season resumption, and the league has made an effort to ensure that no team scrimmages against a likely playoff opponent.

It’s not known yet if any of these scrimmages will be broadcast in any form. The schedule runs through the 28th, with the season set to resume on the 30th.
One player participating in the restart has said that teams that are the fittest and in the best shape will have a huge advantage, at least at the start of the restart. With that in mind, these scrimmages may provide us with a hint of who’s best prepared for what’s to come.
