Payton Pritchard makes another buzzer-beater in NBA Finals
Payton Pritchard did it again.
Pritchard on Monday made a buzzer-beater at the end of the second quarter to give his Celtics a 67-46 lead over the visiting Dallas Mavericks at TD Garden in Boston, Mass. in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Pritchard got the ball from teammate Al Horford after a Luka Doncic free throw miss and pulled up from just before half court, narrowly beating the halftime buzzer.

Celtics players and the team’s fans all went wild.
Not only was that a huge shot from Pritchard, but the fans and players likely had a stroke of déjà vu.
Back in Game 2, Pritchard nailed a long three-pointer from the NBA Finals logo to end the third quarter:
The Celtics won Game 2 as well. Seeing Pritchard make a big shot like that likely gave the Celtics players and fans more confidence about closing out the series with a win.
