Chris Jericho’s AEW world title belt stolen while he was eating dinner

Chris Jericho’s AEW world championship belt was stolen while the 48-year-old was eating dinner on Sunday night in Tallahassee, Florida.

Jericho won the AEW All Out pay-per-view event in Chicago on Saturday and had arrived back at his home city. According to a police report that was filed, Jericho took a rented limousine from the airport to a Longhorn Steakhouse to eat. He left the belt in the limo while he ate. When the limo returned to the restaurant from a trip back to the airport, the belt was missing.

Here’s what the police report says:

“The victim reported the theft of his championship wrestling belt while he was eating inside Longhorn Steakhouse. The victim stated he arrived at the Millionaire Club Airport Terminal and placed the belt inside his rented limousine. The limo driver shuttled the victim to Longhorn for dinner. The victim remained at Longhorn while the limo driver returned to the airport. The victim had taken the wrong luggage from the airport and the driver took it back to the terminal. When the driver picked up the victim from the restaurant, the belt was missing. Responding officers searched the limo and airport for the belt without success. On-call CID was consulted, and forensics responded to the scene.”

AEW has a second belt according to Bryan Alvarez.

That means even if Jericho’s missing belt is not recovered within the next month, AEW still should have a championship belt for their first TNT show on October 2.

Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins get engaged

Becky Lynch

There is love and a wedding ahead in the WWE universe.

Becky Lynch shared a photo on social media Thursday indicating that she and boyfriend Seth Rollins have gotten engaged.

She used the same caption for her tweet and Instagram post, saying “Happiest day of my life. For the rest of my life.”

Lynch, the WWE RAW Women’s Champion, and Rollins, the WWE RAW Tag Team Champion and WWE Universal Champion, went public about their relationship in May.

Just three months later they have gotten engaged.

Lynch, 32, signed with WWE in 2013 and has been part of their main roster since 2015. Rollins (real name Colby Lopez), 32, has been with WWE since 2010.

Ronda Rousey shares story of her nasty finger injury

Rowdy Ronda Rousey

The finger injury that Ronda Rousey suffered while shooting FOX drama show “9-1-1” is nothing to joke about.

Earlier Tuesday, we shared details of the report regarding the nasty injury Rousey sustained and how she kept filming until saying something during a break.

After word of the injury went public, Rousey posted about it on her Instagram account. She even included a photo (only look if you think you can handle it since it’s graphic).

Here is the caption Rousey shared on her Instagram post:

“So the word is out I nearly lost my finger shooting @911onfox. Freak accident, first take of the day a boat door fell on my hand, I thought I just jammed my fingers so I finished the take before looking (I know it sounds crazy, but I’m used to live audiences and never showing pain unless I’m supposed to) after a break in the action I told our director the situation and was rushed via ambulance to the hospital where they promptly reattached my bone and tendon with a plate and screws. I returned to filming the next day and finished my scenes before returning home to recover. Modern medicine amazes me, I already had 50% range of motion back in 3 days. There’s so much more than I can write here, stayed tuned via @rondarouseydotcom for the full story. And of course tune in to see how well I can act like my finger didn’t just fall off in this upcoming season of @911onfox”.

Rousey says she is amazed by modern medicine and how she had 50 percent of her range of motion back in three days. I think the real amazing part is not medicine, but how Rousey reacted to what seems to be a pretty serious situation. She continued to film, played through the pain, and was back to work the next day. That’s the toughness of a true MMA legend for you.

Ronda Rousey suffered gruesome finger injury while filming ‘911’ show

Ronda Rousey WWE

Ronda Rousey is no longer subjecting her body to the types of hazards associated with mixed martial arts, but that did not save the former UFC champion from suffering a brutal injury last week.

Rousey was filming a scene for the FOX television show “911” in Mexico last week when she suffered a gruesome finger injury. Rousey, who plays an LA firefighter named Lena on the show, was doing a scene where she was supposed to dramatically slam a door, but there was an accident. A source told TMZ “she was a little over-exuberant and slammed the door on her finger.”

TMZ shared a graphic photo of the injury, and you probably don’t want to look at it unless you have a strong stomach. Rousey actually damaged two fingers, with her middle finger being broken and having a tendon nearly severed in addition to a fracture on the tip of her ring finger. The middle finger was reportedly mended using a bolt and screws.

Not surprisingly, Rousey kept her composure during the incident. She reportedly continued filming the scene until a director intervened, at which point she was taken to a local hospital. She was back on set the next morning.

Rousey has enjoyed a successful career since leaving the UFC, though she recently hinted at some potentially big changes. However, she is apparently serious enough about her acting endeavors that she’s willing to keep shooting a scene with her finger practically falling off.

Ric Flair accuses former agent of stealing money from him

Ric Flair

Ric Flair is alive and well after his latest health scare, and the pro wrestling legend is looking to expose a former agent who he says stole money from him.

In the third installment of a series of YouTube videos he posted this week, Flair went off on his former talent agent Melinda Morris Zanoni for allegedly stealing money from him. The Nature Boy dedicated the video to anyone “who’s ever been screwed over by a lawyer.”

“Let’s just start with the fact that she stole money from me,” Flair said, as transcribed by Douglas Charles of Bro Bible. “She actually embezzled money from me — it’s documented, I’ve got the records, and I’ve talked to an attorney prior to making this video.”

Flair said he has known Zanoni for 20 years and she was his agent for 10. When he was placed in a medically induced coma after his intestine ruptured in August 2017, Flair says Zanoni thought he was going to die and “grabbed all the money (she) could run with.”

“What is the wrong with you? Did you really think that at some point in time that wouldn’t catch up with you?” Flair said in the video. “This is so overdue. Melinda, I don’t know how you live with yourself. Twenty years friendship, 10 years my agent. Not a text, you didn’t drive down to the hospital. You just didn’t give a s—.”

Flair also challenged Zanoni to sue him for going public.

After his fiancee said it was a “miracle” he recovered from extensive surgery nearly two years ago, Flair was once again rushed to the hospital recently and had to undergo an emergency procedure. The 70-year-old, who opened up a while back about the issues years of alcohol abuse has caused, appears to be doing as well as can be expected.

Ric Flair has surgery postponed due to ‘complications’

Ric Flair

Ric Flair got some good news from doctors after being rushed to the hospital on Thursday, but the WWE legend’s wife says a procedure he was supposed to have on Friday has been rescheduled due to “complications.”

Wendy Barlow issued a statement to TMZ updating fans on Flair’s health, and she said he will now have to wait until Monday to undergo a surgical procedure.

“Ric’s surgery has been postponed until Monday to address some complications that needed to be taken care of first,” Barlow said. “Thanks for all the well wishes.”

Flair, 70, was rushed to the emergency room this week because of an undisclosed health issue that was said to be serious. Barlow offered a positive update about her husband on Thursday evening, but any talk of “complications” is always a concern.

Flair has dealt with numerous health issues over the past two years, and he was placed in a medically induced coma in August 2017 after his intestine ruptured. He needed extensive surgery to remove part of his bowels and also had a pacemaker inserted. Barlow said at the time that it was a “miracle” Flair recovered. Following the health scare in 2017, Flair opened up about his issues with alcohol abuse and the serious health problems years of drinking have caused.
