Dayton G Scoochie Smith with all-time flop vs. Providence (Video)
Dayton guard Scoochie Smith gave the world an all-time flop during the Flyers’ first round NCAA Tournament game against Providence on Friday night.
With the game tied at 33 in the second half, Smith brought the ball up the floor and handed off to a teammate. He then ran towards the wing where he caught an elbow from Ben Bentil, and he promptly hit the deck as if he’d been shot.
As soon as he realized how embarrassing his flop was and that he wasn’t getting a foul call, he got up off the court. His teammates will no doubt have fun with that when they watch the game on video.
If you liked that flop, you’ll enjoy all the others we’ve shared here at LBS.
