Jim Harbaugh shares nice moment with brother John during title game

Jim Harbaugh and John Harbaugh share a laugh during Michigan-Washington game

College football fans were dealt a dose of brotherly love Monday during the national championship game between Michigan and Washington.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh was surprised by his sibling John on the sidelines at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Baltimore Ravens head coach grabbed his brother from behind and the two embraced.

The Harbaugh brothers have had a firm chokehold on America’s football fixation over the past few weeks.

While Jim led Michigan to the title game, John’s Ravens have been the toast of the professional ranks of late. Baltimore finished the regular season with an NFL-best 13-4 record and a first-round bye.

The Wild Card round bye earned Jim the week off to support his brother. The Ravens reportedly dealt with some air travel trouble on the way to Texas, which led to John’s late arrival at the stadium.

The Harbaugh brothers famously faced off against one another in Super Bowl 47 back when Jim was the coach of the San Francisco 49ers. John’s Ravens defeated Jim’s Niners in a memorable 34-31 affair.

Amid rumors of Jim Harbaugh sharing “mutual interest” with an AFC team, perhaps the two will meet on the field once again as rivals.
