Watch: Kirk Herbstreit proud to see sons Tye and Jake make Clemson debuts
Kirk Herbstreit had a very cool moment on Thursday night when he got to see his sons on the field for a Clemson home game for the first time.
Herbstreit has twin boys, Tye and Jake, who were preferred walk-ons at Clemson. ESPN’s “GameDay” crew was at the Clemson-Georgia Tech game, which gave an opportunity for the college football analyst to see his sons in uniform for the Tigers. He got emotional over it. Take a look:

That’s pretty awesome.
Tye, number 86, is a wide receiver and listed at 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds. Jake, number 37, is a cornerback and listed at 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds.
Herbstreit has another son, Zak, who is entering his senior season at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, Tennessee.
